Reset your password using your EMPL ID:
1) If you do not know your CUNYfirst EMPL ID you can find it in WebCentral in the My Info tab. If you do not know your CUNYfirst Username and your EMPL ID is not listed in WebCentral (this is very unlikely if you are active student), you will need to reclaim your account by going to https://home.cunyfirst.cuny.edu and clicking the "First Time Users" link.
2) Go to https://home.cunyfirst.cuny.edu, click "Forgot your password?" and enter your Empl ID.
3) You will receive an email with information on how to reset your password.
