Description:

Assist Users with CUNY Blackboard, Portal, or CUNYfirst Access Issues includes the following:

  • Assist users with issues logging in to CUNY-hosted systems such as Blackboard, CUNY Portal, CUNYfirst, or other CUNY-hosted enterprise systems
  • Troubleshoot connection problems
  • Escalate to CUNY

How to Submit a Request:

Call or email ITS Network Group

Turnaround Time:

ITS will typically assist/respond to any IT or systems issues immediately.  Resolution time for any CUNY-hosted enterprise systems depend on CUNY CIS office and often has a multi-day turnaround
