Description:
Host Tutoring for CIS Students includes the following:
- Maintain and sign-off on tutors' sign-in sheet and keep track of their hours
- Locate available tutor on the floor and assign to student(s)
How to Submit a Request:
Ask for a tutor at the front desk in the Lab.
Turnaround Time:
- During regular business hours, ITS Web Lab addresses support requests on an immediate basis. Lab tutor availability depends on volume of the demand.
- During extended support hours (evenings and weekends), ITS provides phone support on an immediate basis, but non-emergency on-site activities may be deferred to the next business day.
Student ID and assigned station #.
Prerequisites or Restrictions:
To utilize services/equipment in ITS Web Lab, student must be registered at least to 1 class in current semester.
