Description:
Maintain and Publish the Campus Phone Directory includes the following:
- Collect and validate what information must be updated
- Process requests for adding/updating contact information to BC Directory
Note: Directory entries are restricted to Faculty and full time staff. Entries for part time staff must be authorized by a supervisor or Dept head.
How to Submit a Request:
Call, fax Directory Correction page (found in back of BC Directory), or email ITS Telecom Group.
Turnaround Time:
ITS Telecomm will typically respond to the request within 1-2 business days. However, resolution time for this service may typically take at minimum 3 business days.
Required User Input:
Depending on request type, one or all information is required:
- Full name
- Department
- Description of what information must be updated
Prerequisites or Restrictions:
Requests to update information about an office or department entry require area head authorization.
