Description:

Maintain the integrity and performance capabilities of the campus-wide BC-WIFI system.

  • Install new infrastructure to meet demand
  • Equip new facilities
  • Upgrade to new generation equipment as appropriate
  • Repair or replace faulty equipment

How to Submit a Request:

To submit a request for additional WIFI coverage, or to report unsatisfactory coverage, contact the ITS Network Support area 

Turnaround Time:

ITS will initiate an investigation of an outage or failure within one business day.  Implementation of new WIFI services must be planned and scheduled .

  • Contact information, including department and locations
  • Description of need
