Description:
All parking requests are submitted via BC Portal by faculty, staff and evening students.
Managing Parking Permits Request includes the following:
- Verify Parking Permit requests that are submitted online (via BC Portal)
- Update the necessary information in the system
- Populate fiscal year calendar to enforce the "pay within 2 business day" rule
- Assist with troubleshooting PayPal-related issues

Turnaround Time:
ITS Database Group will typically respond to general Online Systems questions over the telephone within 1 business day. However, resolution time for web-based applications/tools issues depends on a case-by-case situation.
- Date when the system must open to the public
- Any changes to text in system and/or receipts
Prerequisites or Restrictions:
- Updates to the system requests must come from Fiscal and Business Services Center.
- Employees that would like to apply for a parking permit must hold an account on CUNYfirst (HR Department takes care of employee data entry)
