Description:

Manage Posting Strategies (debit/credit info) when new bank accounts are created or modified.

How to Submit a Request:

Call or email IFAS Support Group (Irina Shor or Igor Stesin).

Turnaround Time:

IFAS Support Group will typically respond to general IFAS questions over the telephone within 1 business day.  However, changes to Posting Strategies may typically take at minimum 14 business days.

Required User Input:

  • Unit for which the changes need to be made (SI, AP, etc.)
  • Debit/credit info and posting code.
  • User must test after the changes are made and report any issues to IFAS Support Group.

Prerequisites or Restrictions:

Area Head authorization required.
