Description:
Managing ASSET Results in BC Feedback system includes the following steps: Correct the "open text" answers based on edits made by the Office of Associate Provost and load into the BC Feedback database.
NOTE: The BC Feedback (student/faculty) are administered every end of Spring and Fall semester.
How to Submit a Request:
Call or email ITS Database Group.
Turnaround Time:
Typically takes at minimum 3 business days.
- Customer to provide spreadsheet with teaching assignments and excluded sections/instructors
- Activity calendar
- Text for emails
Prerequisites or Restrictions:
No prerequisites are required if no changes have been made to BC Feedback text (student and faculty evaluation). Any changes in BC Feedback text, must be pre-approved by Office of the Associate Provost prior to loading data into BC Feedback database.
