Description:

Manage the ITS Training Room includes the following:

  • Collect requester's ITS training room inquiries and preferences
  • Check for room and equipment availability
  • Book the requested room and send confirmation to requester
  • Prepare workstations with any required special software configurations

How to Submit a Request:

Call or email ITS Help Desk.

Turnaround Time:

ITS Help Desk will typically respond to ITS training room inquires within 1-2 business days.

Required User Input:

  • Requester's contact and department
  • Number of attendees
  • Name and date of event
  • Additional IT/Telecomm equipment/software needed

Prerequisites or Restrictions:

Training room supports 8 users
