Description:
Produce Periodic Enrollment Status Reports includes the following:
- Collaborate with BC offices/departments to determine CUNYfirst reporting requirements and specifications
- Coordinate with other appropriate BC offices/departments that may also benefit, and provide additional requirements and specifications
- Build and test the report.
- Provide user orientation
- Run CUNYfirst queries/reports and reformat data according to BC offices'/departments' requirements.
- Email link to reports to the predefine distribution list and troubleshoot/provide answers to any questions/issues related to content/report access.
How to Submit a Request:
To start receiving periodic reports: Call or email BC MIS Group.
Turnaround Time:
Periodic Enrollment Status Reports are generated and made available to requesters each morning - during registration period only (beginning of registration period - Form A stat. date)
To start receiving periodic reports provide the following:
- Requester's contact information and department
- Report type/description
Prerequisites or Restrictions:
Area Head authorization may be required if requester would like to be added to the distribution list.
