Provide IFAS Accounts

Description:

Creating IFSAS accounts includes the following:

• Create new IFAS account
• Set security for PO, SI, AP, CDD
• Downgrade IE to version 9
• Add a shortcut to the desktop and Install CDD software on customer's PC

How to Submit a Request:

Call or email IFAS Support Group (Irina Shor or Igor Stesin).

Turnaround Time:

IIFAS Support Group will typically respond to general IFAS questions within 1 business day.  However, resolution time related to locked user accounts issues/process new account requests depend on volume of requests and issue situation.

Required User Input:

• User contact information
• Access information (usually a name of the account that could be used as a template).

Prerequisites or Restrictions:

• User must obtain an authorization from a department head and CC: them in email request to IFAS Support Group.
• IFAS CDD software can only be installed on Windows machines. 
• The we-based interface can only run on Internet Explorer version 9.
