Description:

Provide Loaner Laptops or Projectors includes the following: Gather information about user(s) needs and provide/schedule the needed equipment, along with any needed training.

How to Submit a Request:

Call or email ITS Help Desk.  

Please note that ITS is equipped to supply short-term loaner needs.  The Library maintains equipment for semester-long loans.

Turnaround Time:

ITS Help Desk will typically respond to the request within 1-2 business days.  To receive loaner IT equipment on-time, may depend on requests in advance and quantity needed.

 Required User Input:

  • What type of event (i.e. online or just audio-conference)
  • Requestor's contact and location of event
  • Equipment type needed (i.e laptops, projectors.. etc)
  • Timeframes (when needed and how long will be in requestor's possession)
