Description:

Provide Telephone Equipment Upgrades includes the following:

  • Gather information on equipment and user preferences
  • Coordinate with employee/requester the best date and time
  • Replace phone equipment as needed

How to Submit a Request:

Call or email ITS Telecom Group.

Turnaround Time:

 ITS Telecomm will typically respond to the issue within 1-2 business days.  However, resolution time for this service may typically take at minimum 5 business days.  

Required User Input:

  • Name and department
  • Room Location and phone number
  • Contact information of the requester
  • Reason for telephone equipment upgrade

Prerequisites or Restrictions:

Area Head authorization may be needed.
