Provide Telephone Equipment Upgrades includes the following:
- Gather information on equipment and user preferences
- Coordinate with employee/requester the best date and time
- Replace phone equipment as needed

Call or email ITS Telecom Group.
Turnaround Time:
ITS Telecomm will typically respond to the issue within 1-2 business days. However, resolution time for this service may typically take at minimum 5 business days.
- Name and department
- Room Location and phone number
- Contact information of the requester
- Reason for telephone equipment upgrade
Prerequisites or Restrictions:
Area Head authorization may be needed.
