Description:

Typically, user rollout and user training for tools and systems produced by ITS are provided by the partner service office for whom the tool was designed.  However ITS provides initial training to service office users and can assist the offices in the planning for end-user training, as well as emergency ad-hoc training for existing users.

How to Submit a Request:

Call or email Irina Shor.

Turnaround Time:

Typically takes at minimum 3 business days.

Required User Input:

Name of the system, user's full name and contact information.

Prerequisites or Restrictions:

Training should preferably take place in an ITS facility
