- Managing cell-phone accounts
- Supplying cell-phone equipment and accounts to authorized users
- Managing equipment repairs and upgrades
- Chargeback accounting for department-supported accounts

Turnaround Time:
Telecomm is open during business hours to arrange for repairs or resolve equipment issues. Vendors may have additional lead-time to supply new or replacement equipment
Depending on request type, one or all information is required:
- Full name and Department
- Equipment description and phone number
- Service type (voice/data or voice & data)
Prerequisites or Restrictions:
Area Head authorization required.
