Description:

Cellular Equipment and Troubleshooting Services includes the following:

  • Managing cell-phone accounts
  • Supplying cell-phone equipment and accounts to authorized users
  • Managing equipment repairs and upgrades
  • Chargeback accounting for department-supported accounts

How to Submit a Request:

Call or email ITS Telecom Group.

Turnaround Time:

Telecomm is open during business hours to arrange for repairs or resolve equipment issues.  Vendors may have additional lead-time to supply new or replacement equipment

Required User Input:

Depending on request type, one or all information is required:

  • Full name and Department
  • Equipment description and phone number
  • Service type (voice/data or voice & data)

Prerequisites or Restrictions:

 Area Head authorization required.
