Call or email IFAS Support Group (Irina Shor or Igor Stesin).
Turnaround Time:
IFAS Support Group will typically respond to general IFAS questions including IFAS printer issues within 1 business day. Printer configurations for IFAS user is typically scheduled within 1-3 business days after new account is created.
- Department name
- Printer model and name
- IP and MAC address
- A list of users who should have access to that printer
Prerequisites or Restrictions:
Prerequisite for IFAS Support Group - User's IP address must be locked in IFAS server.
