Description:
Support Students with Disabilities with Adaptive Technology Tools includes the following:
- Gather information about user, services and equipment needed
- Schedule/reserve the required equipment or services. Install any required specialty software or equipment required for the student.
- Remain on standby to respond to issues that may arise during their sessions with specialty/required software.
How to Submit a Request:
Call or email ITS Web Lab.
Turnaround Time:
- During regular business hours, ITS Web Lab addresses support requests on an immediate basis. ITS seeks to resolve 90% of all issues within 2 business days.
- During extended support hours (evenings and weekends), ITS provides phone support on an immediate basis, but non-emergency on-site activities may be deferred to the next business day.
- User's contact information and department
- Date and Time when adaptive services/equipment is needed
- Lever of urgency
