Description:

Delete IFAS print jobs from the server so that user may resubmit the print job again.

How to Submit a Request:

Call or email IFAS Support Group (Irina Shor or Igor Stesin).

Turnaround Time:

IFAS Support Group will typically respond to general IFAS questions including IFAS printer issues within 1 business day.

Required User Input:

  • User contact information
  • Job and printer name
  • Date the job was submitted
