Troubleshoot CUNYfirst user access issues includes the following:
Review user's CUNYfirst access and employment status and gather information about issue
Direct users to correct navigation when necessary
Create CUNY CRM tickets, and assign issues to applicable BC departments, or escalate to CUNY CIS.
How to Submit a Request:
Faculty/Staff: Call or email ITS BC Access Security Liaison (ASL) Group for security issues or BC Human Resource for employment status (may relate to CUNYfirst access issues).
Students: Call or email Enrollment Services Center (ESC).
Turnaround Time:
ITS will typically respond to the issue within 1 business day. However, resolution time is often dependent on CUNY adjustments that are out of ITS control.
