Description:
Troubleshoot Portal Account Creation Issues includes the following:
- Create BC WebCentral Portal user accounts and troubleshoot account issues.
- Validate user status (active student/employee)
- Identify issue (local to user vs. campus-wide network issue)
- Escalate issue to appropriate area within ITS

Call or email ITS BC Portal Services.
Turnaround Time:
ITS BC Portal Services will typically respond to Portal account creation questions/issues within 1 business day. However, resolution time for advance access issues varies depending on the situation.
- Is user a registered student, active faculty/staff?
- User's/requestor's contact, EMPL ID, and department
- Type of question/issue
- How critical is the issue and timelines (if applicable)

User must be a registered student or active employee of BC.
