Description:
Maintain the integrity and performance capabilities of the campus-wide BC-WIFI system.
- Investigate reports of inadequate, or non-functioning WIFI locations
- Repair or replace faulty equipment
- Troubleshoot user-equipment local issues or settings
- Install new WIFI equipment, if required to maintain promised campus-wide WIFI service
How to Submit a Request:
To report unsatisfactory coverage, contact the ITS Network Support area
Turnaround Time:
ITS will initiate an investigation of an outage or failure within one business day and follow up with any needed repairs or supplementary equipment required. Troubleshooting user-device issues requires access to the devices and must be scheduled with individual users.

Prerequisites or Restrictions:
BC WIFI is secured by requiring users to provide a campus ID to gain access. Some operating systems require special clients ("supplicants") to work with this type of WIFI security.
