Description:

Troubleshoot and Repair Phone Equipment includes the following:

  • Gather information  about issue and assess the situation
  • Validate telephone programming restrictions in user's account
  • Create help desk ticket and assign a telephone technician

How to Submit a Request:

Call or email ITS Telecomm Group.

Turnaround Time:

ITS Telecomm will typically respond to the issue within 1-2 business days.  However, resolution time is dependent on issue type.

Required User Input:

  • Full name and department
  • Location
  • Telephone extension
  • Description of the problem and the phone equipment type

Prerequisites or Restrictions:

Area Head authorization required.
