How to Submit a Request:
Call or email IFAS Support Group (Irina Shor or Igor Stesin).
Turnaround Time:
IFAS Support Group will typically respond to general IFAS questions within 1 business day. However, resolution time related to locked user accounts issues/process new account requests depend on volume of requests and issue situation.
