Providing access to locked IFAS accounts.

Note: IFAS account is locked after multiple login attempts!

How to Submit a Request:

Call or email IFAS Support Group (Irina Shor or Igor Stesin).

Turnaround Time:

IFAS Support Group will typically respond to general IFAS questions within 1 business day.  However, resolution time related to locked user accounts issues/process new account requests depend on volume of requests and issue situation.

Required User Input:

IFAS Username or User ID.
