Description:
Troubleshoot CUNYfirst user access issues includes the following:
- Review user's CUNYfirst access
- Direct users to correct navigation when necessary
- Create CUNY CRM tickets, and assign issues to applicable BC departments, or escalate to CUNY CIS.
