Smart Learning Spaces (classrooms and lecture halls) are equipped with:

• Built-in ceiling mounted video projector
• Sound system
• Sympodium interactive display tablet
• Projection screen  (electric or manual)
• Separate dimmable high-hat lighting
• A Lectern with built-in projection controls, flat-panel instructor computer display, PC, VHS/MAC computer with CD/DVD player, amplifiers, and walk-up laptop video/sound connections
• Room darkened window shades
• Ceiling mounted video projector
• Sound system
• Projection screen  (electric or manual)
• Dimmable lighting
• Room-darkening window shades
• Network connectivity to the lectern
• Phones to contact SmartSupport (718-951-4357 option 6)
• Some rooms have: 

o  Digital Document camera to project

o  A desktop tablet or a Sympodium interactive display

Department Labs

Labs are facilities which have multiple workstations to allow students to work independently, or in a small group, at a computer.  Most of these facilities are also equipped with standard video/audio projection systems.

Please note that labs listed under specific academic departments tend to be utilized most of the time for their own courses and students. However, most departments are amenable to having their facilities used by other disciplines when not used for their own needs.  Labs not listed as belonging to a specific department are typically scheduled through the Registrar.
