My students do not see my course in Blackboard. What should I do?
Please ensure that you activated the course from your Blackboard account, as this is required for the course to be visible to students. If the class has been activated and is still not accessible, please check that the students in question are properly registered for your class and section.

I cannot login to CUNY Blackboard?
Blackboard requires a CUNYfirst account to login. If you don't have a CUNYfirst account, please activate your account. If you forgot your CUNYfirst password, complete the CUNYfirst password reset form. If you are still unable to login to Blackboard, please call ITS Technical Support at 718-951-4357 (HELP) for assistance.
