Description:

Configure new network IFAS printers on IFAS Web server.

How to Submit a Request:

Call or email IFAS Support Group (Irina Shor or Igor Stesin).

Turnaround Time:

IIFAS Support Group will typically respond to general IFAS questions including IFAS printer issues within 1 business day.  Printer configurations for IFAS user is typically scheduled within 1-3 business days after new account is created.

Required User Input:

  • Department name
  • Printer model and name
  • IP and MAC address
  • A list of users who should have access to that printer

Prerequisites or Restrictions:

Prerequisite for IFAS Support Group - User's IP address must be locked in IFAS server.
