Troubleshoot CUNYfirst user access issues includes the following:

• Review user's CUNYfirst access
• Direct users to correct navigation when necessary
• Create CUNY CRM tickets, and assign issues to applicable BC departments, or escalate to CUNY CIS.

How to Submit a Request:

• Call, email, or visit the BC Enrollment Services Center (ESC).
