Manage Free Printing Services includes the following:
Install, troubleshoot Lab printer systems and infrastructure
Manage user access.
Manage quotas.
How to Submit a Request:
Printing services are available in ITS Web Lab facility, the Library, the Library Cafe, and the Learning Center.
Turnaround Time:
During regular business hours, ITS Web Lab addresses support requests on an immediate basis. ITS seeks to resolve 90% of all issues within 2 business days.
During extended support hours (evenings and weekends), ITS provides phone support on an immediate basis, but non-emergency on-site activities may be deferred to the next business day.

Must be an active staff or a registered BC student.
