When you first sign in to your CUNY Zoom account, you may be prompted to confirm your email address (see below). The email address displayed is also your CUNY Login and should look like (firstname.lastname##@login.cuny.edu. This email address should automatically forward to the ) and automatically forwards to your "preferred" email address selected as listed in CUNYfirst. It can take up to an hour to receive the activation email, so please be patient. If you do not receive the activation, take a moment to verify or change your preferred email address in CUNYfirst. If you change your preferred email address, go to https://cuny.zoom.us/signin to resend the activation email.

If you verified your preferred email, tried a second Zoom activation and still do not receive the activation email, try changing your CUNYfirst password to re-synchronize your account. If none of these steps work, contact the helpdesk at 718.951.4357 or helpdesk@brooklyn.cuny.edu.
