Area Head Description:
Provide Phone Service for New Faculty/Staff includes the following:
- Gather information about the anticipated needs
- Coordinate the best date and time to start the installation/repair
How to Submit a Request:
Call or email ITS Telecomm Group.
Turnaround Time:
ITS Telecomm will typically respond to the issue within 1-2 business days. However, resolution time for this service typically takes at minimum 5-10 business days.
- Full name and department
- Location
- Role of new phone user
- Contact information of the requester
- Telephone service type (direct-interoffice only/local-interoffice and within all 5 boroughs/long distance)
Prerequisites or Restrictions:
Area Head authorization required.
