Description:
Batch Update Service Indicators includes the following:
- Obtain information on the scope/specifications of the job from requester'(s)
- Obtain a list of student EMPL ID's or extract data from CUNYfirst queries/reports by specific category for listing of students.
- Run batch job in CUNYfirst that adds/removes Service Indicators in student records per BC department's/office's request.

Turnaround Time:
If listing of identified student EMPL ID's that need SI updates are available to ITS right away, typically batch SI update job can be processed within 1 business day. However, loading SI updates into CUNYfirst may take 2-3 business if extracting new data is needed.

Area Head authorization may be required.
