Description:

ITS can provide various types of AV and computer equipment to support college events, such as:

  • Installing loaner computer projection equipment
  • Installing loaner PC's or laptops, and associated printers

How to Submit a Request:

Call or email the ITS Help Desk

Turnaround Time:

ITS requires sufficient lead time to prepare to determine what is required to meet the needs of the event, and to prepare the setup.

Required User Input:

  • Contact person information
  • A description of the event, its venue,  and its schedule.
  • when the venue will be available for setup and by when the setup must be dismantled

Prerequisites or Restrictions:

ITS normally needs at least 2 weeks lead time to prepare for an event.  Users are encouraged to also discuss their related needs with Facilities.
