Description:
Maintain IT Status Web Site (BC-Status.com) includes the following:
- Update the site to reflect any planned or unplanned, full or partial, unavailability of major IT systems, including CUNY's CUNYfirst and BlackBoard systems.
- For extended outages, post progress notes as required
- Depending on urgency, considering activated SMS text notifications to enrolled users.
How to Submit a Request:
To report any IT related issues (General, ITS or CUNY hosted services) call or email ITS Help Desk.
Turnaround Time:
ITS will post updates to BC-STATUS ASAP on a rolling basis.
