MPH wants to look at current packages and think about where we can trim. Eg. do we need Sage Premier? or would just Sage do? ACTION: Think about packages that might not be serving us well. | |

- GC will send out an email with our remaining balances once a month, which will also serve as a reminder for those who need one
- Frans Albarillo will include more notifications throughout the documentation about the cutoff
