Generate Student Enrollment Files for the Papercut Printing System

 Description:

All public lab computers are connected to Papercut Printing Management system for payment control.

To feed the database on the academic SQL Server with current student enrollment information, process entails the following steps:

• Initial datafile is provided 1-2 business days after the end of the previous academic session/semester. 
• Every 2-3 business days afterwards, 2 datafiles are created: newly registered students and the students whose academic load changed since their initial load. The files usually stop after the "late add" period is over.
