Install and Repair Network Jacks includes the following:

- Coordinate with user the best date and time to start the installation/repair

Call or email ITS Telecomm Group or ITS Help Desk.
Turnaround Time:
ITS Telecomm will typically respond to the issue within 1-2 business days. However, resolution time for this service typically takes at minimum 5-10 business days.
- Full name
- Department
- Location
- Contact information of the requester
- Quantity of network jacks (installed new, or to be repaired)
- Who will use the jacks (student or faculty/staff) and their anticipated usage
