Description:

Install and Repair Network Jacks includes the following:

  • Gather information on request
  • Coordinate with user the best date and time to start the installation/repair

How to Submit a Request:

  Call or email  ITS Telecomm Group or ITS Help Desk.

Turnaround Time:

  ITS Telecomm will typically respond to the issue within 1-2 business days.  However, resolution time for this service typically takes at minimum 5-10 business days.

Required User Input:

  • Full name
  • Department
  • Location
  • Contact information of the requester
  • Quantity of network jacks (installed new, or to be repaired)
  • Who will use the jacks (student or faculty/staff) and their anticipated usage 

Prerequisites or Restrictions:

 Area Head authorization required..
