Description:
Managing BC Bulletin includes the following steps: Assisting the Provost Office with generating the college catalog/bulletin, audit and correct data-related issues in programs and courses, produce Crystal Reports drafts, populate the list of full-time faculty and fix orphan records. Bulletins are published annually prior to Fall registration.

Turnaround Time:
Typically takes at minimum 7 business days.
All required user edits must be completed, including boilerplate text, course, major, department, and school edits.
Prerequisites or Restrictions:
The Provost's Office (Lea Honigwachs) must enter all approved curriculum changes from Chancellor's Report into the online bulletin database prior to submitting a request for a new bulletin draft to ITS.
