Description:
Managing BC Public Calendar includes the following steps: creation and editing event categories, customization of calendar views, management of administrative users, creating of database scripts to pull events by specific categories for various Web pages and feeds.

Turnaround Time:
At minimum 3 business days
- If granting access to a new user - the full name, department and administrative category (e.g. Academic Users or Student Affairs)
- Comprehensive information on event categories to be created/adjusted.
Prerequisites or Restrictions:
Requests must come by email from the Office of Communications.
