Description:
Produce FACTS Reports includes the following: Run canned CUNY FACTS reports using CUNY's Citrix platform and transmit securely to requesting user.

Turnaround Time:
FACTS reports are typically completed/transmitted to Financial Aid folder in Citrix within 2 business days. ITS will typically process a request within 2-3 business days.
