Description:
Produce TAP Exception Reports: Run preexisting TAP reports using data from CUNY Degreeworks in CUNY's Citrix platform and transmit securely to requesting user (TAP Certification specialist from Bursar office).
How to Submit a Request:
Call or email BC MIS Group.
Turnaround Time:
TAP reports are typically completed/transmitted to CUNY Degreeworks folder in Citrix within 2 business days. ITS can deliver these reports ASAP at needed basis.
