Description:

Provide Telecom Support for Employee Relocations includes the following:

  • Gather employee and relocation information
  • Validate telephone programming restrictions in user's account
  • Coordinate with employee/requester the best date and time to start the relocation process
  • Create help desk ticket and assign a telephone technician

How to Submit a Request:

Call or email ITS Telecom Group.

Turnaround Time:

 ITS Telecomm will typically respond to the issue within 1-2 business days.  However, resolution time for this service may typically take at minimum 5 business days. 

Required User Input:

  • Full name
  • Department
  • Room Location (moving from and to)
  • Contact information of the requestor
  • Employee's telephone extension

Prerequisites or Restrictions:

 

Area Head authorization required.
