Description:
Provide Telecom Support for Employee Relocations includes the following:
- Gather employee and relocation information
- Validate telephone programming restrictions in user's account
- Coordinate with employee/requester the best date and time to start the relocation process
- Create help desk ticket and assign a telephone technician

Call or email ITS Telecom Group.
Turnaround Time:
ITS Telecomm will typically respond to the issue within 1-2 business days. However, resolution time for this service may typically take at minimum 5 business days.
