Description:
Provide Access to Webfolders (Private or Shared) includes the following:
- provisioning and maintaining WebFolders for faculty and staff
- Assisting users with setting up their computers and other devices to access BC WebFolders.
How to Submit a Request:
Call or email ITS Network Group.
Turnaround Time:
Typically, BC WebFolder accounts are immediately accessible to users and available for usage as soon as credentials are obtained from ITS Network Group (phone or email).
