Call or email ITS BC Portal Services.
Turnaround Time:
ITS BC Portal Services will typically respond to BC Portal access issues within 1 business day.

- User's contact and Department
- EMPL ID
Prerequisites or Restrictions:
Verification of requester's identity. Area Head authorization may be required.
