Submit a support request to the IT helpdesk. Be sure to select BC-WiFi as the problem option and include as much of the requested device and location information as possible. The more details provided, the better we can assist you.

From BC Navigator

  1. Click IT Status
  2. Click Report a Problem to open the IT support form.
  3. Select Connecting to BC WiFi as the problem type.
