Description:
Assist Users with CUNY Blackboard, Portal, or CUNYfirst Access Issues includes the following:
- ITS assists users with issues logging in to CUNY-hosted systems such as Blackboard, CUNY Portal, or other CUNY-hosted enterprise systems. Note: Students must contact ESC office for assists with CUNYfirst access and data issues!
- Troubleshoot connection problems
- Escalate to CUNY
How to Submit a Request:
- For Blackboard and CUNY Portal, call or email ITS Network Group.
- For CUNYfirst support, call or email ESC.
Turnaround Time:
ITS and ESC will typically assist/respond to any IT or systems issues immediately. Resolution time for any CUNY-hosted enterprise systems depend on CUNY CIS office and often has a multi-day turnaround
