Description:
Providing access to BC Email Accounts includes the following:
- Process BC Email accounts
- Verify user status
- Assist users with setting up their computers and other devices to access the email.
- Load email addresses into various systems, including CUNYfirst and BC WebCentral Portal
How to Submit a Request:
Registered students are provided BC Email accounts automatically by ITS Network Group.
Turnaround Time:
Students Email accounts are created as enrollments begin for the upcoming term. Batches of new ID's are created every couple of weeks until few weeks into the term. Students are sent letters communicating the relevant information.
