Description:
Provide Lab Concierge Services includes the following:
- Respond to user inquiries in person, telephone and email
- Assist users with computer equipment assignments/loaning, book study room and provide technical support as needed.
- Multiple technicians are available onsite
How to Submit a Request:
Call or email ITS Web Lab for any inquiries during office hours! (Typically 8am-11pm M-TH, 8am-5pm Friday, 9am-5pm Sat/Sun).
Turnaround Time:
Typically a Lab representative is immediately available at the reception to assist users in person, telephone and email.
- During regular business hours, ITS Web Lab addresses support requests on an immediate basis. ITS seeks to resolve 90% of all issues within 2 business days.
- During extended support hours (evenings and weekends), ITS provides phone support on an immediate basis, but non-emergency on-site activities may be deferred to the next business day.
